Depending on your desired goals and the complexity of your current situation and needs, I offer individual packages ranging from 8 to 14 sessions.
Coaching packages are designed to offer a focused, strategic, and supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
The pre-defined duration allows for a thorough exploration of goals, addressing challenges, and implementing sustainable changes, ultimately increasing the likelihood of transformative outcomes.

We meet regularly every 2 weeks over a period of 4 - 8 months. This frequency has proven effective and allows for visible changes within just a few months.
The opening and closing sessions are 90 minutes each, while all other sessions last 60 minutes.
A more intense level of support can always be tailored to your needs.

In person in Zurich downtown at my coaching space. At times I also coach in person in Vienna, Linz or Munich.
Occasionally, weather permitting, we might go for a walk alongside the lake. Being in nature often invites us to reflect deeply and bring forward new insights.
Additionally, there is the option to experience some or all coaching sessions online via Zoom.

After our initial free 30 min discovery call, I will put together a tailored offer for you; typically somewhere between 3’000 and 5’000 CHF. Instalment options are available.
